This program converts text files exported out of SteelCad into the proper format for importation into EJE's Material Manager software.

The program consist of one screen shown in Figure 1. A short description of the screen and its function in the program follows the figure.

The screen shown in Figure 1 is the main screen that appears when the SC2EJEI.EXE program is executed. The screen consist of two input fields and two push button options.

The Input File Name field is the location of the source text file that was exported using SteelCad's data export option. Up to an 80 character path and file name can be specified.

The Output File Name field is the name of the text file that will be created after the conversion process has been completed. This is also the same file name that you will enter as the import file in the EJE system. Up to an 80 character path and file name can be specified.

The Convert push button will start the conversion process and when complete, will present a message stating that it is complete.

The Cancel push button will exit you from the program and return you to the DOS prompt or the calling program. Pressing the Escape key on your keyboard performs the same operation.
