Bar Code ID Information Window (6178 bytes)

This screen allows you to view or enter the ID bar code level information.

The following information may be entered in the Bar Code ID Information Window. ("*" indicates that data must be entered in these fields):

MRR #
Heat #
Fab Invoice
Lot

Fab Shop
Area
Bar Code Printed

MRR #
Enter the material receipt record (MRR) number for this ID number in this field. Some engineering firms generate this number upon receipt of the steel. If they are using the STS program at the job site and are connected to their main computer system for data file transfers, this number will be sent back up the process stream in the Receiver format file.

Heat #
Enter the heat number for this ID number in this field.

Fabricator Invoice #
Enter the fabricator's invoice number for this ID number in this field.

Lot #
Enter the Lot number for this ID number in this field.

Fab Shop
Fabricators sometimes have more than one shop that they will use to fabricate the steel for any given job. Enter the fab shop's code number in this field for this ID number.

Area
Enter the area of the job site that this ID number will be erected.

Bar Code Printed
This field indicates if the ID bar code label has been printed. If a "Y" appears, the bar code has already been printed, a "N" indicates that it has not be printed.

Select the Ok button to leave this window and return to the Piece Mark Entry Window.
