| This screen allows you to view or enter the job level
information for this customer. The following information may be entered in the Job Information Window. ("*" indicates that data must be entered in these fields):
Default Bar Code Label Format # Select the default bar code label format number with this option. The initial setting of this option is set in the Program Setup Window. Click on the arrow down symbol to see all the available choices. 1st Line This prompt determines what information appears on the first line (above the horizontal line) of the ID bar code label. Click on the arrow down symbol to see the three available choices. Bar Code Form # - This is the default setting for this line. The company name associated with the B.C. Form number field on the Piece Mark Entry window will be printed on the first line of the bar code label. Customer # - The company name associated with the Cust # field on the Piece Mark Entry window will be printed on the first line of the bar code label. Custom - If this option is chosen, what ever you type to the right of this field will appear on the first line of the bar code label. 2nd Line This prompt determines what information appears on the second line (below the horizontal line) of the ID bar code label. Click on the arrow down symbol to see the three available choices. Customer # - This is the default setting for this line. The company name associated with the Cust # field on the Piece Mark Entry window will be printed on the second line of the bar code label. Bar Code Form # - The company name associated with the B.C. Form number field on the Piece Mark Entry window will be printed on the second line of the bar code label. Custom - If this option is chosen, what ever you type to the right of this field will appear on the second line of the bar code label. Ship To Enter the customer number of where this job is being shipped. Care Of This is a text field that you can enter any information that you wish. Project Year Enter the last two digits of the year this project was started. Job Title Enter the name or title of the job in this field. Example, Exxon BOP Project. Job Structure Enter the structure that the job is for in this field. Example, Crude Unit. Job Location Enter the location of the job in this field. Example, Baytown, Texas Select the Ok button to leave this window and return to the Piece Mark Entry Window. |
